Gender Equality Plan, Europe’s People’s Forum

  

Currently, the secretary general is a male and well known gender expert from working with UNDP, EU and Danish Labour Unions.


The Secretary General is committed to introduce any short or long term employee to the necessary gender principles and policies. 

The Board of Europe’s People’s Forum currently has 5 male and 4 female members. Staff besides the Secretary General has been in favour to a majority of females, and awareness raising of staff is an integral part of employment.


The Gender Equality Plan for Europe’s People’s Forum includes issues like work-life balance, organisational culture, gender balance in leadership, decision-making, recruitment and career progression, as well as gender balance into research content, and consultancies. Further against gender-based violence or sexual harassment.
